How do we unpack the learning target?
Learning targets are similar to the writing prompts you see on exams. Learning targets, like writing prompts, illicit information.  
When looking at learning tasks, you should identify question words such as
examine, explore, integrate, interrogate, determine, map out, highlight etc.

When you see these buzz words, You need to now turn those declarative statements into questions. 
Questions should ask either how or why. (SPOILER ALERT) if the statement includes why or how, then the question will start with why or how. If the statement does not include why or how, then you will ask how!!!!!!!!!
