I walk – he walks                         I work – she works

I walk to school everyday.

He walks to school every week. 

We work on Mondays.

She works on Tuesdays.

Use when you talk about a fact / habit.    

                     

Shit-rule: He/she/it + infinitive + s

                         

Signal words: every day/month/year, usually, always, often, never, etc.

Present Simple

He_____(drive) to work everyday.

I am walking - he is walking - we are walking

I am walking now.

He is walking at this moment.

We are walking to the shop now.

Use when you are doing it RIGHT NOW.

Am/is/are + verb + ing

Signal words: right now, at the moment, currently, etc.

Present Continuous

Present simple

Use when talking about a fact/habit.

I walk / he walks
Use infinitive / SHIT-rule (she/he/it verb+s)

Present continuous

Use when you are doing it RIGHT NOW.

I am walking
Use am/is/are + verb + ing
