• Iets wat aan de gang is op het moment dat je erover spreekt (op dit moment).

Als je een zin in de Present Continuous zet moet je 

op 2 dingen letten:

     1. Je begint met  am/is/are.

     2. Het werkwoord daarna krijg  "ing" erachter.

Voorbeelden:

     He is working.                         I am reading a book.

     They are cycling.                   He is sleeping in his bed.
