People mix up afternoon tea and high tea because both have tea and snacks, but they are very different!

Why Do People Get Confused?
"High" sounds fancy, but it actually means "dinner table."
Restaurants (and Werenfridus) call "afternoon tea" "high tea" by mistake to sound fancy!!
Both have tea, so people think they are the same.
So, afternoon tea is a fun snack and high tea is a big dinner! 🍵🍰🍽️
