Organisation designed to provide people with cheap housing, social or private sector.

Owner occupied: ownership. You have to maintain your house by yourself.
Rental home: The owner is a housing association or a landlord. You do not need to maintain it. There is no risk of value decline (getting les value for your house) however, rents are increasing every year.
