1. Zet het nieuwe onderwerp vd zin voorop: dit was het lijdend vw of meewerkend vw van de actieve zin.
2. Kijk in welke tense de actieve zin staat.
3. Gebruik deze tense voor het ww 'to be' in de nieuwe zin.
4. Zet het voltooid deelw. erachter van het ww waar het om gaat.
   5. Alleen indien nodig: zet 'by...' erachter
