Ex. 8 Filling in a hospital form
You will get a hospital form and a role card / medical ID card. Find a partner. One is triage nurse, the other is patient. 
Triage nurse: ask questions so you can fill in the patient’s form.
Patient: provide details. Make up information if you can’t find it on your medical ID card/role card.
Afterwards, switch roles.
