Simple sentences en Compound sentences.

Simpel gezegd; simple sentences zijn 1 zin, compound sentences zijn 2 samengevoegde zinnen.

_SIMPLE SENTENCES:

I work at a supermarket every Saturday.

He is washing his car.

_COMPOUND SENTENCES:

He works at a supermarket, and he works at a carwash.

They like dogs, but they are allergic to them.

Our school day ended at noon so we went to get chips.

He wanted to eat at an Italian restaurant, or to go to a Greek one.

_COMPOUND SENTENCES:
