Betrekkelijke bijzin

The thief, who robbed an old lady, was sent to jail.

Een betrekkelijke bijzin geeft extra informatie over iets of iemand.

Het zinsdeel begint meestal met een "relative pronoun" (betrekkelijk voornaamwoord)
