HAVE TO

You have to wear a seatbelt.
HAVE TO = Iets wat verplicht is (door iets/iemand anders: wet) of het is een feit. 

DON'T HAVE TO

You don't have to wear a uniform.

don't have to = Iets hoeft niet.

CAN

I can play the piano.

can = iets kunnen / in staat zijn tot iets

COULD
