Instructions
Pair Setup: Sit in pairs according to the seating plan provided.

Roles: One student talks, the other listens and fills in the rubric.
Time Limit: Each round lasts 4 minutes.
Talker's Task: Discuss prepared thoughts on the topic, encourage participation.
Listener's Task: Actively listen, assess talker using rubric, give feedback.
Shift After Each Round: Rotate seats according to shifting plan to pair with new partners.
Enjoy the activity and engage actively with your partner!

First round, right seat starts talking, left fills in the rubric. Switch -> roles switch as well. Listeniner becomes talker and talker becomes listener. 
Rubric almost same as real rubric. 

Total time per round = 
4 minutes (round time) +
1 minute (feedback) + 
1 minute (shifting) = 6 minutes

Maximum of 6 rounds
within the 40-minute timeframe.
