Banksy on the climate crisis

In 2009, Banksy created a mural that stood halfway above the water of Regent's Canal in London with the text “I don't believe in global warming. Ten years later, this work surfaced at the site of an Extinction Rebellion protest. Banksy has not confirmed that it is a work of his, but connoisseurs assume so. 

Ai Weiwei on the refugee crisis

With this action, artist Ai Weiwei criticized the way Europe deals with refugees. About 14,000 life vests left behind on Lesbos, he hung on the Konzerthaus in Berlin.

When is art meant to be entertainment and when is it engagement?

Visual art can be both entertainment and engagement.
