Important tips

1. Vergeet je hoofdletters niet: aan het begin van de zin, I (ook in het midden van de zin), Mr, Ms, Sir, Madam, namen van dagen en maanden.

2. gebruik een inleiding, middenstuk en een slot met witregels ertussen. 

3. Gebruik geen afkortingen als I'm en can't : schrijf alles voluit

4. In je mails: wees beleefd!
