Hoe doe ik het op school?

Deze lobles gaat over school en verantwoordelijkheid. Er zijn soms momenten dat je school vervelend vindt of dat er vakken zijn die je lastig vindt. Dat is niet heel erg. Dat hoort erbij.

Maar er zijn ook leerlingen die eigenlijk hele andere dingen willen doen in plaats van naar school gaan en spijbelen

In deze les gaat het over één van

Meeting between you, your mentor and parents

Discussing what is going well

Discussing what is difficult and what you can do about it

Self reflection

Giving serious thought and consideration to your thoughts, feelings, experiences and actions

TIPS

1 Be honest with yourself. 

2 Notice the things you do that help and also what doesnt help 

3 Know what is important to you

4 Be kind to yourself - change is difficult

5 Use the ILP meeting to remind yourself of how things are and make goals

QUESTIONS TO ASK YOURSELF

1 What is important to me?

2 In what ways do my words and actions help me reach what is important

3 What am I doing well and what could  I improve?

4 How do I make sure I get enough rest?

4 What have I learned about myself today (this week, this month, this year)?
