Hoe maak je een short answer?

Je herhaalt het EERSTE werkwoord uit de vraag. 

In bevestigende zinnen kun je dit woord gewoon overnemen.

Voorbeelden:

Do you know her? Yes, I do.

Can she help you? Yes, she can. 

Is she famous? Yes, she is. 

Ontkennende short answers (1)

In ontkennende short answers zet je nog 'not' achter het werkwoord of de verkorte vorm n't

Can he speak Chinese? No, he can't.

How do you make the present continuous? 

vorm van "to be" + ww-ing
