4 ways to use the Future tense

Present Simple	Vaste, regelmatig tijd ( rooster )	The bus leaves at 6.
Present Continuous	Iets gaat zeker gebeuren	I 'm leaving for Paris tomorrow. She is coming later today.
To be going to	Plan gemaak t, afspraak nog niet	We a re going to visit our friends during the holidays!
Future Simple -will/shall	Nog geen plan / je doet een voorstel	She wi ll run a Marathon some day... Shall I bring you a drink?

AM/IS/ARE + GOING TO + VERB (INFINITIVE)

AM NOT/ISN'T/AREN'T + GOING TO + VERB (INFINITIVE)

To make promises (beloftes)

To make predictions (voorspellingen) about the future
