What about tag question intonation?

1. Tags are questions, so the intonation should always be rising.
2. Intonation should be falling, just like the sentence being tagged.
3. Both are possible, but the meaning is different.
4. Both are possible, and it makes no difference which you use.

2. When you ask classmates to confirm the questions, you genuinely want an answer from them. Practice your RISING intonation.
3. When you find someone who can confirm your question, ask them a follow-up question for more information. Take notes in the third column of your worksheet.
