Conversing with Scripts

Role Play

In pairs, students will practice performing conversations using scripts.

Divide students into pairs and provide them with scripts to practice. Encourage them to focus on tone, pacing, and nonverbal communication.

Giving Feedback

After each role play, students will provide feedback on their partner's performance.

Encourage students to provide constructive feedback and focus on specific elements of the conversation, such as tone or pacing.

Scripting in Real Life

Scripts can be useful in real life situations, such as job interviews or difficult conversations.

Collaborative Scripting
