- local authority licensing teams (licenses, permits, registrations)

Venues must have: public liability insurance

- age restrictions (show ID, children < 16 not in packed crowds) 
- licensing (amplified music - to make it louder; the number of attendees)
- consumer protection (in NL: consumentenrecht - offers consumer protection)

Limitations – what are your levels of authority ? The bigger the event, the more levels of authority.

Risk assessment - to prevent 'accidents' 
Hazard identified - people at risk - likelihood-severity-controls

Security procedures

Write/type a report (individually) about your visit and mention:
- Deltion discover - 150-200 words
- describe and explain 3 legal requirements of this event 50-100 words
- Write your report in well constructed, complete sentences
- Mention your names on your report, only 1 student has to hand in the report
