Wat valt op? Wat benadrukt de present continuous?

Als je wil zeggen dat iets op dit moment bezig is

In het Nederlands zeg je dan vaak ... aan het... 

Bij vragen komt am/is/are vooraan te staan:

Is he running away?

are you watching a movie?

Am I walking too fast?

 

Bij ontkenningen zet je het woordje not achter am/is/are of gebruik je de afkorting:

My dad is not working right now.

She isn't playing tennis at the moment. 

 

Als deze woorden in de zin staan gebruik je de present continuous:

 - now

 - right now

 - at themoment

 - Look! of Listen!
