The present perfect (1/3)

We gebruiken de present perfect om het te hebben over acties die af zijn gelopen en waarvan het niet belangrijk is wanneer het is gebeurd (of we weten het niet).

"I have studied well, and now I'm ready for the test!"

Het resultaat is in de zin belangrijker dan de actie.

The present perfect (2/3)

Vergelijk deze twee zinnen:

"I grew up in Winterswijk"

"My grandson has grown up so much"

De eerste zin (Past simple) gaat over hoe ik ben opgegroeid.

De tweede zin (Present perfect) gaat over het resultaat. Oma is trots op hoe groot haar kleinzoon nu is.

Hoe maken we de Present perfect?

have (+ already / just / not yet / etc.) + voltooid deelwoord.

I have already studied a lot for the test.

Mia has not yet seen Dune.

We have changed a lot.

Complete the sentences with the present perfect form of the words in brackets
