What are some tips for reading English texts?

How to get better at reading

• Before reading the text, look at the title, headers and pictures.
• Read English books/comics/short stories to increase your vocabulary.
• Look up words you don't know using a dictionary (or in your book)
• Try not to understand every single word in a text.

If you can still summarize the meaning of a text, you don't need to look up every single word you don't know. This takes too much time!
