My name is Mrs Menke

I'm 41 years old and I live in Zutphen with

my husband and six-year-old son Kian. 

I have been an English teacher for 18 years and I've worked at the Isendoorn college for 15 years.

This schoolyear I teach year  3  mavo regular, 2 x 4 mavo regular / tto. I am a mentor in mavo 4. I am at school on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.

What to do:

- You speak English during the lesson as much as you can. It starts when you walk in.

- When you walk in sit down (classplan), find your seat and get your reader/notebook out.

- Leave your ipad in your bag. Unless I tell you to get it out.

- Raise your hand if you want to say something and then wait.

- Read the instructions before asking what to do. Write down notes in your notebook .

- When I tell you to get to work, get to work.

- Be helpful and nice to eachother

- Wait for me to finish talking/ explaining before asking questions. I've been doing this for a      while so I'll probably answer your question without you asking it.

- Write down your homework, if there is any, in your planner (it is also in  Som)

- Work hard in class and you will have less homework
