- I know and can use the SHIT-rule 

- I can use the present simple to talk about hobbies.

Present simple is used for:

• Facts: (a dog barks)
• Habits / Routines : (I always walk the dogs in the morning.)
• Schedules: (The train leaves at 10:00 in the morning.

Present Simple: exceptions to 1

• Verbs ending with ch, sh, x, z  get -es

to kiss	My girlfriend kisses me.
to catch	He catches the ball.
to crash	My brother crashes often with his sportsbike.
to fix	The electrician fixes the lamp.

Verbs ending with-  Y

• Medeklinker vóór de -y = -ies / consonant before -y

• Klinker vóór de -y = -s / vowel before -y

I fly to Denmark tomorrow.	He flies to Denmark tomorrow.
You try to get good grades.	She tries to get good grades

We enjoy our new house.	He enjoys his new house.
I buy some food.	She buys some food

You use present simple for things that happen: always, never, sometimes
