Compare. Planning an Event
Both the email and the website state:
  • There should be weekly updates on progress.
  • You must obtain all the necessary licences
  • You must make sure that all Health &Safety aspects are dealt with.
Contrast. Planning an Event
  • Carried out by individuals (email)
  • Takes 3 months to plan(email)
  • Better done by a team (website)
  • Takes 6 months to plan(website)

Slide 20 - Tekstslide

Both documents agree that all licencing and health and safety requirements must be in place before the event takes place. .Similarly, both state that a weekly up-date on progress should be provided when planning an event.

In the email planning must started three months ahead of the event, whereas the webpage states that planning must be commenced six months in advance. Although in the email planning is done individually ,in contrast , the webpage suggests that it is better carried out by a team of people.
