Kampen and Ijsselmuiden

1.) In Kampen you can visit many landmarks and monuments. You can climb the Tower that is part of the St. Michael's Church in the city centre. It has a  plastic cow hanging on its side. Legend tells that the inhabitants of Kampen hoisted the cow by rope to the top of the tower to eat the grass off the rooftops. Furthermore, you can cross the bridge that spans the Ijssel River whose distinct (recognizable) golden wheels can be seen from a very large distance. 

2.) In Ijsselmuiden you can visit the city beach and you can go for a nice walk along the dikes to enjoy the countryside.
