Meestal voeg je een S toe

-s.

gift - gifts

phone - phones

message - messages

Note! Never use a comma

Plurals (meervouden)

Words that end with an -s, -ss, -x, -z or -ch get -es.

bus - buses

match - matches

glass - glasses

box - boxes

quiz - quizzes

Plurals (meervouden)

als een woord eindigt met (medeklinker) and -o usually get -es.

hero - heroes

tomato - tomatoes

echo - echoes

There are some exceptions, however:

photo - photos 

solo - solos
