• My story
• The story is true, but there is one lie.
• Find out the lie by asking questions.

My story

My name is Ahmet Zengin. I come from Turkey, and I have been living in the Netherlands for five years. I live in Duivendrecht. I am a  fourth-year student at HvA. I got married in 2015, and I have a daughter who is 8 years old. I like doing Wing-un, and currently, I have been training level 10. I also have a very cute cat. Besides that, I work part-time as a barista in Amsterdam.

Most of it is true...

• Except, I don't train Wing-un level 10.
• I am training now level 5.

Now, it's your turn

• Write down your story on your own.
• There would be one lie in your story.

Now 

• Work in groups of 4.
• One of you is going to read the story, while the others are listening.
• Now, the listeners are asking questions to find out the lie.

English lessons

• You will have an English lesson once every week until the end of the school year.
• You will be examined on speaking, writing , reading and listening.
• You also will have tests at the end of each period.
