Definition of Possessive Adjectives
Possessive adjectives are used to show ownership or possession of a noun or pronoun.
Some examples of possessive adjectives are: my, your, his, her, its, our, and their.

a pet) belongs to. Possessive adjectives are used before the noun. They change
depending on whether the owner is singular, plural, male
or female, the person you are talking to, or yourself.
