Am/is/are + verb + ing (verb = werkwoord)

Present continous

Example:

I am teaching present continuous now.

Example:

  I am (=I’m) working

 She/He/It is (=She’s etc) singing

 We/you/they are (=we’re etc) walking

Present continuous - spelling issues

Verbs that end with consonant + e (medeklinker + e)

Make -> am/is/are Making

Present continuous - spelling issues

Verbs that end with 1 vowel + 1 consonant (1 klinker + 1 medeklinker)

Stop -> am/is/are stopping
