Speaking and holding conversations

- During my lessons, I expect you to speak only in English.

There are no mistakes, only learning moments!

                WE DON'T LAUGH AT EACHOTHER, WE ENCOURAGE!

If you speak dutch in class, the next lesson you will have to sing a song (that i choose) to the whole class.

Some information about the exam

• You will have to give a presentation (± 15 min)
• You will have a conversation about a specific topic (internship, job etc) 
  *Be creative: if you aren't working now, you have to come up with a place for the conversation. This can be the place of your internship or somewhere else. 

• You will know the topics before doing both exams.
• You will not get your results immediately.

Lesson aims

At the end of this lesson:

• You can hold a conversation with a fellow student about your internship, past job experiences and personal development. 

Planning of today's lesson

• You will do task 1: discuss work and personal experiences
• You will do task 2: discuss a given scenario and explain what you would do in that situation.
• Write your dilemma!!

• Write about one specific situation that has happened during your internship(s)
• Be specific. What happened exactly? What did the other person do? what did you do? how did you solve the issue?

Homework

• Write about your "dilemma" (= difficult situation) that you had at your internship(s) and hand it in on Teams!
  
  
• DO NOT FORGET!

After the break, we will use YOUR dilemmas and discuss them in class!!!!
