A
transport oxygen
B
transport glucose
C
transport carbon dioxide
D
transport haemoglobin
Slide 2 - Quizvraag
White blood cells don't:
A
produce antibodies
B
belong to the immune system
C

Slide 3 - Quizvraag
Why do we have white blood cells?
A
To protect us from suffocating
B
To protect us from bleeding out
C
To protect us from the cold

LET’S SUMMARIZE!
When an antigen and antibody match & bind this leads to blood clotting (very dangerous!)
The different blood types have different antigens on their red blood cells and different antibodies in their blood plasma.
During a blood transfusion it is very important to pay attention to the blood types.
