Present Simple
We use the present simple to talk about the future when describing things that will happen along a fixed  schedule or which are habits.

The bus leaves in 3 minutes.
Our flight departs at 6:35AM.

What are these Weird New Tenses?
The Future Perfect tense is used to describe an action that will be completed before a specific time in the future, the Future Continuous is used to describe an action that will be on going at some point in the future and the Future Perfect Continuous tense is used to describe an action in the future that will have been on going for a time but finished before or at a specific time in the future.

Formation of the Future Perfect Tense
The Future Perfect tense is formed with 'will have' + past participle. 

Example: By next year, I will have graduated from high school.

Formation of the Future Continuous
The future continuous tense is formed using 'will be' + verb-ing. It is used to describe actions or events that will be ongoing at a specific future time.

Formation of the Future Perfect Continuous Tense
The Future Continuous tense is formed with will + have + been + present participle (verb+ing). 

Example: At 5 PM tomorrow, I will have been studying for my exams for 2 hours.

  • Projecting yourself into the future

Future Perfect
                                        Will + have + past participle
future perfect: he will have gone
  • Something that you finish in the future. 
In 2025 I will have finished my studies.
By the time you read this, I will have left

You are projecting yourself to a future time, where you will have finished something.

Just like other continuous tenses, the duration of the action is important. 
How long something will have been going on before a particular time/event in the future.
    
 - We will have been cleaning the house all day before she returns. 
- I will have been studying for my English test for 4 hours when I take a break.
