What is puberty?

Simple!

What is going to happen?

Under influences of hormones like oestrogen, testosterone, growth hormones, your body changes, prepares for adulthood and reproduction

Girls start from 9-14yrs, boys from 10-17yrs

What are hormones? 

Hormones are chemical messengers, to make your body do things like grow, or produce something (like a different hormone)

Examples are growth hormone, adrenalin or insulin

But also testosterone and estrogen, they are sex hormones

Let's go back to our friends who are developing their secondary sexual characteristics.
