• Part of a timetable (rooster/ dienstregeling)

- Water boils at 100 degrees. (fact)

- He never watches TV. (habit)

- The train leaves at 14:05. (timetable)

• Happening right now 
• Arrangements in the near future (often with a future time reference: tonight, tomorrow, this afternoon) 

- I am walking to school at the moment. (atm)

- Look! It is raining right now. (atm)

- He is meeting him next weekend. (future time ref.)
