Wat is de Zero Conditional?

De zero conditional wordt gebruikt om algemene waarheden of feiten uit te drukken die altijd waar zijn als de voorwaarde vervuld is.

bijvoorbeeld:
Als het vriest, bevriest het water.

Als de baby honger heeft, huilt hij.

• If you heat water to 100 degrees Celsius, it boils.
• If you mix red and blue, you get purple.
• If it rains, the ground gets wet. 

If you (freeze) water, it (turn) into ice.

If you (heat) metal, it (expand).

• "if you read a lot, you learn new things every day."

• "if you see a red kite in the sky, it means my brother is here."

• "if you spend time with friends, life feels much better."

• First Conditional:

• "If it rains tomorrow, she will stay at home and read a book."

• "If you are free today, we can go to the park."

• "If I bring my soccer ball next time, can we join them?"

• "if you don't practice, you won't get better."

• Second Conditional:

• "what would you do if you won a million dollars?"

• "If I won a million dollars, I would travel around the world."

• "If I had that much money, I would buy a huge house with a beautiful garden."

• Third Conditional:

• "if I had known you wanted to go out, I would have called you earlier."

• Zero Conditional:

• "if you read a lot, you learn new things every day."

• "if you see a red kite in the sky, it means my brother is here."

• "if you spend time with friends, life feels much better."

 First Conditional:
