Preparing an interview (individual or in teams)
The participants will prepare questions for an interview with someone that came to live in a new place, the place they now call their city, village, state or country.
Think about the question used to share
your own experience as a reference:
"Please think of times in your life that you felt part of a group or maybe not such a big part of a group or even excluded from a group".
Interviews can be individual or in a groups of two students.
The facilitator can decide a minimum of questions that the participants need to prepare according to their level.
When a group is less independent the facilitator has a more guiding role: helping to formulate questions, giving a format to work the interview and offering a format to present the interview. The aim is to challenge the participants by demanding a more independent work attitude in accordance with their level of personal growth. The demand should be reachable and just a bit outside of their possibility.
