present simple vs present continuous 

present simple: als iets met een bepaalde regelmaat gebeurt, feit of gewoonte.

woorden als: always, never, often, usually, every week/year etc.

present continuous: als iets nu aan de gang is.

woorden als: now, right now, at the moment.
