* Phones away in your bag, or on the side of your desk upside down.

* Take off your coat/jacket.

* Put the things you need for this lesson on the table, you dont need anything else. Laptops stay closed till I say you need them.

Assignment

In pairs, make up a scenario in which there is a problem and there has to be a solution to the problem.
One is a client, one is the care giver. 
Who is the client?

Scenario

Think of a scenario, a problem and a solution.
Who is the client? Who is the care giver?
Then we switch.
So you make up 2 scenarios in total and act them out in front of the classroom.
