- Be precise and clear. 

Question about your phone: share what kind of phone you have.

- Keep it short but add all the relevant information.

''My iPhone 12 Smartphone 5G won't turn on after update 11.2. Does someone know how to solve this problem?''

''So I bought a new iPhone last week and now it doesn't turn on. I've only had it for a week so I am really upset that it already appears to be broken. I went back to the store but....''

Answering a forum question

- Check the question and the responses.

- Answer the question and/or give suggestions.

- Stay friendly even if you do not agree with another person.
