Samenvatting 'to be'

Het werkwoord 'to be' = 'zijn' in het Nederlands.  Het is een onregelmatige werkwoord, het verandert dus continu.

De drie verschillende vormen in de tegenwooordige tijd van het werkwoord 'to be' zijn: 

am, is & are

positieve zin met het werkwoord 'to be': I am happy / I'm happy

Ontkennende zin met het werkwoord 'to be': She is not happy / She isn't happy

Vraagzin met het werkwoord 'to be': Are you happy?
