Think about the differences between your journey (to school) and hers.

Share in chat what your findings are after reading it.

Time 5 minutes total

Exercise 3

How: Complete the sentences. Use three words in each sentence. By yourself.

Time: 4 minutes

Done/Then: Fill out your answers in chat. Do NOT press send, then raise your hand in Teams. I'll tell you when to press enter.

Max 15-17 minutes up till here. Including discussing the answers

Speaking assignment (1 & 5)

What: Discuss the questions of Exercise 1 and 5 on page 10
How: In pairs, in break-out rooms. Prepare an answer to exercise 5 together, I will be asking each pair.
Time: 7 minutes
Done/Then: Make sure you know what you want to tell the class.

Add this at the end, just so if there's not enough time, we can use the speaking assignment later as an activation of pre-knowledge.

Writing assignment

What: Discuss the writing assignments in pairs
How: In pairs, in break-out rooms. Were the present simple and present continuous used correctly? Give feedback.
Time: 5 minutes
Done/Then: I will be asking what feedback you gave each other
