Vertical Power Distribution
Vertical power-sharing is division of power along different levels of government
So, some levels have more power then other levels.
There is a central power which controls the sub powers and thus has the most power.

Division of power over organs of the government which are equal.
So, all the organs have the same amount of power.
All organs are independent and checks the other organs.
