Accused of: breaking into an apartment, stealing money and drugs (together worth over 20,000 euros), and shooting someone.

The person he shot was a drug dealer who also had a gun.
The apartment used to be his own, it's now his ex-girlfriend's house.
He claims he was just visiting, not breaking in.
