The meaning of the word changes a little bit but not much. It just gets a different role in a sentence.

ed/ing was about descriptions and feelings

what about:

 enjoy ---- enjoyment

impress ---- impression

I have verbs, and turned them into nouns!

Kind of rule (doesn't always work)

- ment = state of being

- ion = result 

enjoy: enjoyment 

I am in a state of enjoying something. Geluksgevoel

impress: impression

I wanted to impress someone, now I made an impression

So now what?

- read, read, read. The more words you know, the more you get a feeling for it. Use audiobooks, comic books (I know a website     ) to help if a Book is difficult. I also know nice children's books that are not for babies
