Ethical Decision-Making: The process of making choices that are consistent with one's personal values and the ethical standards of society. Stakeholders: Individuals or groups who are affected by or can affect the outcome of a project. Ethical Dilemma: A situation where a difficult choice has to be made between two or more options, none of which resolves the situation in an ethically satisfactory manner. Transparency: The practice of being open and honest about the actions one is taking and the decision-making process. Accountability: The obligation to explain, justify, and take responsibility for one's actions.
