Brazil is in the continent of South America.

It is the largest country there and the fifth largest country in the world.

Brazil is so huge that it has 4 different time zones.

The capital city of Brazil is Brasilia where the government is.

Brazil has a population of more than 217 million people.  
(We have about 70 million people in the UK.)

The official language of Brazil is Portugeuse.  

The other South American countries speak Spanish.

The most famous city in Brazil is Rio de Janeiro.

In Rio de Janeiro, the famous statue of Christ the Redeemer looks over the harbour.
