Your turn... you are going to use all the things you learned from the dispatcher in the video and put to practice... 

Words: You're an operator and someone calls you because he's hiking in the mountains and he fell off a cliff and broke his leg. Which emergency service would you send?

1. coast guard

What would you tell the victim to do?

1. to be quiet
2. to sit still

4. to surrender

After the victim has found a spot on the mountain to sit completely still against the cliffside (to cause the injuries from getting worse), you're asking:
"Vertel me precies wat er is gebeurd."

Out of all the emergency services, you decide to send a helicopter, because it's difficult reaching the mountain pass by car.

You tell the pilot: The victim "is aan het liggen op de grond en heeft een hoofdwond."
