Dynamic vs Stative Verbs
Stative Verbs: usually relate to states thoughts, emotions and senses: ex: be ,have, depend, know, think, understand, disagree, like, want, hear, love, see, smell, taste...
We usually use the present simple tense with them:

ex: They don't have a car, Does he understand, Do you agree?

But *stative verbs that describe what we sense (hear, see, feel) are often used with " can" :
I can see you, I can't hear the music, Can you feel the heat?
But *some stative verbs, can be used informally with the present continuous:
"I'm loving your shoes!"

Dynamic vs Stative Verbs
Dynamic Verbs: Verbs that describe actions or things that happen. We use the present continuous for:
- actions that are happening at the moment.
- changing/developing actions.
- temporary situations.
- with always for habits that we may find annoying.
* for some stative verbs (be, have, take, think, depend, appear) : change in meaning! Ex: "I'm having a great time." vs "I have a house."
* "feel " vs " feeling" often no difference " I feel great" / " I'm feeling great"
