We use the Present Simple tense to talk about habits, routines, and facts.
Form:
Positive: I exercise every day.
Negative: I don’t exercise in the morning.
Question: Do you exercise every day?
Rules:
For most verbs, we add -s in the third person singular (he/she/it).
He exercises every day.
For negatives, we use don’t (I/you/we/they) or doesn’t (he/she/it).
She doesn’t exercise in the evening.
Examples:
I go jogging every morning.
They don't like swimming.
